Correction. I loved. I loved the hotel and it’s location! The cleanliness walking in was noticeable and front staff were kind when we checked in. The beds were amazingly soft and comfortable and our room was amazing and clean! Loved everything about this hotel and I will be returning for another concert visit! Thank you holiday inn !! OH AND ALSO! I’m a big breakfast person, so by means the breakfast was good! A nice simple variety that did its job in filling me and my friend up before we checked out! Thanks again! Hope my comment helps the next person trying to find a hotel!

This was my 2nd time in this hotel and it was a really good experience again. The breakfast is always good at this hotel. You also have access to restaurants close to the property, The neighborhood is kind of lonely at night, but that is good for relaxing. Reliable Wi-Fi in the whole property and the amenities were good. Nice TV were you can watch many good channels like the NFL channel and movie channels. The parking lot is incredibly convenient, consistently providing ample free spaces.

The breakfast was very tasty . The young lady who works in the breakfast area was so nice and professional. She walked around and asked if you needed anything. Excellent service during breakfast. The young lady in housekeeping was very nice. I think her name was Neka. Very sweet young lady. These two young ladies are an asset to your establishment. They both deserve a raise or some type of accomplishments. We would definitely come back to stay if these two ladies are there.

Close to Mid-Florida Credit Union Amphitheatre. It's a lille walk (maybe 1/2 mile or less) but it's through the state fairgrounds which are very safe and lots of people around. (Better than paying $50 to park at the event). Crossing the road when there is a concert, is staffed by police. (I'm a wheelchair user, getting there is accessible as well) The hotel was neat and clean, very friendly staff. Breakfast was included with eggs, sausage, pastries, coffee, juices etc.

Location: close distance to a lot shops like Costco, Walmart, total wine and more, etc.. Room: the size of the room, washroom, are very roomy, and the beds and the TV are big. Service: the staffs are very friendly and helpful. There are always coffee and tea available at the front desk. The room I booked also includes breakfast. The breakfast has good variety.
